We are not responsible for the accuracy of volunteer hour reports or their acceptance by funders or other third parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOURSTOIMPACT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.

Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data.
